Learn More About Our School

Our enrolment is a straightforward process. Simply complete the online application form on our admissions page and upload the following required documents:

  • Birth certificate or passport for your child
  • Their most recent school report.

Once this is completed, our Enrolment Manager will be in touch to arrange an interview with the Principal for you and your child. This is an excellent opportunity for families to ask any questions about ACG Strathallan and our curriculum.

Yes! We encourage our parents to visit the school to make sure it is a suitable choice for their child. During term time, we hold weekly guided tours of our Preschool, Primary School, and College every Wednesday at 9.30am.

We hold three Open Day events a year, always on a Saturday. They usually take place in early March, mid-May and early September. We also hold an Open Morning in mid-June, so families can see the campus on a normal school day.

Yes. All new students to the Primary School are invited to attend two starter visits to help familiarise themselves with their new surroundings. One visit will be with their parents and the other one without. These are commonly held on the last two Tuesdays of the term prior to starting school.

Yes. We hold a special Orientation Day for all new College students in mid-January. The day starts with a 30-minute presentation from our Executive Principal to parents and students. Following the presentation, students will participate in a day of activities to help them with their transition.

Scholarship applications should be made 12 months in advance. ACG Strathallan scholarships are meant for students in Years 7 and above only. Scholarships cover part of the school tuition fees (up to 20% discount) and are awarded for ability, work ethic and performance.

Applications open in January and close towards the end of Term 1. Shortly after Term 2 starts, applicants will have an interview with the Principal. Scholarship application forms can be found on our website and must be accompanied by a complete (online) admissions application form.

The Executive Principal will determine if a scholarship is awarded based on the combination of the interview process and scholarship application.

Our school will send out an email to all new families towards the end of the year prior to starting school. This email contains all the answers to your questions regarding important Primary/College dates, school uniforms, stationery, buses, lockers, tuition fees for the new year, and Orientation Day, among other things.

Yes, absolutely! We often have students start school here at different moments of the school year. This can be discussed with the Principal during your interview.
